Department of Management
The last decade of the century witnessed phenomenal changes in the industry, bussiness and education across the globe due to globalization and liberalization policies of the various countries there by changing the concept of management. To meet the requirement of the industry and to provide qulaity professionals to the industry, Dronacharya Institute of Management and Technology, has started Master of Business Administtion programme. The course is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
Library of the institute has adequate books with excellent collection of titles of management along with ample national and international journals. DIMT has separate Training & Placement cell comprising of placement Coordinator and student representatives. The department has most experienced faculty with experience in industry and academics. The department frequently organizes guest lectures and workshop for development of personality and communication skills of the students.
Department of Computer Applications
The Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme was started in 2001 with an intake of 60 students. The course is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
The department has 3 computer laboratories having 182 computers and are installed with following software:

- Turbo C++
- Visual Studio 6.0
- Oracle
- Adobe Photoshop
- JDK
- Visual Basic
